Dashcam for your Bike is a Pittsburgh-based startup founded in 2022 by bike commuters who are tired of the inequities bicyclists face on city streets. Car ownership should not be a prerequisite for safe travel, but in too many cities, it is.

Our Dashcam App lets users record GoPro-quality footage using their smartphone’s camera. The footage can be used to report daily hazards to the City of Pittsburgh with our 311 Hazard Reporting. That data is used to identify and address hazards throughout the city.

We are a part of the Ascender 2022-2023 Cohort, and we partnered with Pittsburgh's Department of Mobility and Infrastructure through PGH Lab Cohort 7.0.
