I'm hoping someone here might have a contact for me, or at least some pointers to people who might have them.

I'd like to speak with someone who has experience/expertise in one or both of renewable energy infrastructure and/or creative uses of real estate investment trusts. Since there's a good chance this person is likely to be a lawyer, I'm willing to pay an hourly fee for a chat, but am not in the position of putting one on retainer yet.
